    répondre: Yes, you can put 8.31 on top of bleach hair. But read instructions or they have a help line. Keep an eye on colour as it's developing. I keep mine on for 10 mins longer as have difficult grey hairs coming through.
  • question: I have dark brown hair will this work?

    répondre: It is recommended to lighten your hair before using this as it might go a funny unnatural colour. It is suggested to use it twice (2 boxes) to get the white you want without any yellow color.
  • question: Can you mix 2 hair colors together? i have bought 5.13 rich chocolate brown and 4.0 dark brown.

    répondre: Yes, you can mix 2 hair colors together to make the dye lighter.
  • question: Does the blond shade lift your hair?

    répondre: This shade of Ash Blonde will lift LIGHT brown hair & make it like a darker greyish blonde. If your hair is brown or dark brown it’s best to use a hair dye that will lift several shades from dark brown to “yellow blonde” then use this product as a toner on your already “lifted hair color” & then this Olia Ash Blonde 10.1 very light, will take all the brassy yellow out of your hair after lifting with another product, & will leave it almost light silvery blonde.
  • question: What happens if I apply this with henna in my hair from a month ago?

    répondre: It’s not recommended in the instructions because applying any dye after henna can make your hair fall out.
  • question: How many washes?

    répondre: It's permanent so it won't wash out, you would just have to reapply to roots when needed.
  • question: Why can’t this olia hair dye number 8 be delivered to jersey?

    répondre: They don’t deliver to Northern Ireland either. But you might find another buyer who is able to post it without any difficulty!!
  • question: I have faded red dyed hair, naturally mousy brown. Would it work over the faded red or would I have to strip it?

    répondre: It would work because your natural hair color is what matters, as you have ‘mousy brown’ hair. If it picked color on black hair, it will most likely do the same for you. I would advise spreading the dye evenly through your hair and leaving it on slightly longer than recommended. Also, this is a permanent color, it will stay on for a long time, conditioning your hair every time you wash it is recommended. You may want to do a patch test to see what it would look like.
  • question: Can you use this color on black hair?

    répondre: No, it is not recommended to use this color if your hair is darker than dark blonde/light brown.
