Yazınsal sorunlarını kültür arkeolojisi temeli üstüne oturtan Lübnanlı yazar Amin Maalouf'u daha önce yine yayınlarımız arasında çıkan Afrikalı Leo, Doğunun Limanları, Semerkant, Tanios Kayası romanlarıyla Türkiyeli okurlar da çok sevdi ve benimsedi.
