The app controller helps to control the brightness and light changing with an iPhone. However, the lack of smart home integration means it can only connect to Bluetooth. While some customers positively reviewed the product for its design, lights and size, many buyers had terrible experiences with customer service and warranty issues. One user had problems with the backing that was held together by double-sided tape that easily came apart. Although it was fixable, the same customer warned about the product's heftiness, especially since the wall hinges were only glued with double-sided tape, which ended up falling off the wall and breaking the mirror.
