Unfortunately, the packaging seems to be the biggest issue with most customers receiving packages in boxes that were too big with little cushioning resulting in most cookies arriving crushed and broken. While some customers received refunds, they were still left to deal with the inconvenience of packaging and returning the cookies. Overall, the cookies themselves are great, but the packaging and shipping need improvement.
