It has a patented harness which is padded and fully supported by the child's torso and not the sensitive lower stomach area as others. Adjustable to fit chest sizes 14 inches to 25.5 inches and 42 inch hand strap doubles as a safety strap on highchairs and strolelrs. Machine washable.
