Ames Maximum Stretch Liquid Rubber White 5 Gallon is a highly recommended product for all your sealing needs. It is easy to use and seals very well. The product dries fast and provides an excellent seal. One of the best things about this product is that it is water-based, making cleanup a breeze. Users also appreciate the ability to cover over tar patches and found that it works well with a roller. The only downside is that the product may seem a little thin, requiring several coats to cover the base coat super elasto-barrier.
