- Designed for active lifestyles—whether you're heading to the mountains, the water, or the trail—the Rightline Gear Car Back Carrier adds 13 cubic feet (368 liters) of storage without taking up room inside or on top of your vehicle. Designed for SUVs, minivans, and crossovers with or without a roof rack, it attaches securely to the rear hatch door using included Rear Car Clips. Made from rugged 0.5mm PVC Semi-Coated Mesh XT, it's built to withstand the elements, with welded seams and a urethane-coated zipper under a zipper flap that keep contents 100% waterproof. A built-in pole frame provides structure and support, while the 100 lb (45 kg) weight capacity lets you pack confidently for any trip.

The Rightline trunk bag is a great accessory for travelling with a lot of extra luggage. Despite being slightly above the recommended weight capacity, it holds up well without any wear or tears. It doesn't affect gas mileage or wear and tear on the car thanks to its easy installation and good design. The zippers are lockable and the canvas is cut-resistant, although it's worth being careful about someone cutting the straps and stealing it. The bag is more economical compared to installing a hitch and buying a basket for the hitch.
