It comes with a new cleaner, hose, wall connection and a new bag. The cleaner is fabric-capable and effective in cleaning walls. The Polaris pool clean product has earned excellent reviews as it can clean large debris, and it's widely regarded as the best cleaner on the market. Customers have also attested that the Polaris 380 cleaner works much better and cleaner walls than the previous product, Polaris Sam. The only negative feedback on the product so far is that the tail sometimes gets stuck in the skimmer for a little while causing a delay in the cleaning process. However, removing ladders or other obstacles resolves the issue.
