To focus, start at a distance of 4-5 feet away and move closer for a smaller image, sliding the lens slowly and watching the focus. The projector doesn't get hot and can stay on longer, making it an excellent replacement for an old projector. In a dark room, it operates the best, and objects can be placed easily, making it best to divide the photo being copied into sections for larger image transfer. One reviewer said that it was an outstanding tool, and it is worth much more, in their opinion. On the other hand, one reviewer complained that the projector was useless and delivered a fuzzy image that was barely visible, despite the amount of light it gave, which was related to the poor design of the projector. They also noted that there is no place to insert the picture being copied, so lining it up within the given area was time-Consuming. Another reviewer stated that they wish it accepted an 8x10 size object, but overall it works well to blow up their glass patterns, and smaller pictures and designs might easily be made into mural sizes.
