The handle system provides plenty of leverage, making it useful for those hard-to-reach bolts. However, some customers have found issues with the tool, including the proprietary bits that cannot be used with other levers, a heavy weight, and a poorly designed pouch that doesn't close well, ultimately leading to lost parts. The chain breaker has also failed for some customers on their first use, and there have been instances of the metal twisting on some of the wrenches. The kit is also missing a phillips screw head, but this issue may be becoming less relevant as more bikes switch to allen heads.
