Plews Return Hoses Editorial Review
The Edelmann 71206 Power Steering Return Hose is a heavy-duty hose with an outside diameter of 5/8". It has an inside diameter of 9.65mm and is approximately 4 feet or 48 inches long. According to the FAQ section, it will fit a 2007 Toyota Solara 4 cylinder and a 2000 Lincoln LS but is not the exact replacement for these models. There is a newer addition, Part Number 81308, that has the correct formed bends. Customers who have used this hose to replace the shorter, damaged portion of the return hose on their AMC Gremlin V8 or Acura Integra have reported good fitment. However, some customers have mentioned that the hose is too stiff and forms a kink when trying to accommodate tight bends. One customer used transmission cooler line hose to make tighter bends without any problems. Overall, customers have found this to be a superior quality hose at a great price that works well.
