répondre: The S1226RS is an outdated 24GPD membrane. The correct replacement is the S1227RS The bottom piece may be a bit longer but the overall membrane size in length is the same. -

How long should this membrane last? ( in a 3 filter system )
répondre: The S1227RS filter should be replaced every 3 to 4 years in a 3 filter system. The S7025 filter is every 18 months and the S7028 filters every 6 to 9 months. -

There seems to be a longer piece sticking out. will this work in a microline tfc 4?
répondre: As long as the full membrane length is within a 1/4 inch, it should work in a microline TFC 4. -

Is the s1227rs interchangeable with a s1229rs?
répondre: The newer S1229RS membrane is rated to produce up to 50 gpd and can be used as a replacement for the S1227RS in older 25 gpd systems.
