    répondre: 24 - There are two pouches in each box. Each pouch makes 12.
  • question: How long to boil so that the matzo balls from the mix come out light and fluffy?

    répondre: Add 1/4 cup of your soup stock and boil for the time on the box in 1/2 soup stock and 1/2 canned chicken broth.and a couple of cans of plain water I prefer College Inn. After 1/2 hour of simmering, remove the balls and if you want noodles too cook the noodles in the same liquid you cooked the balls in adding water as necessary. Add the balls and/or noodles water to your stock.

    répondre: If you mean how many matzo balls you can get from each packet (after adding 2 eggs and 1/4 cup veg oil), I get six delicious balls per packet. I freeze the balls I don’t use right away.

    répondre: It's actually two packages so if you want to double the amount of matzo balls. I've never just made one package as I make a big tub of soup.

    répondre: We get 8, but we make them the size of a softball so they are pretty big.

    répondre: 2 packets of matzo mix per box, 10-12 balls per packet; with average balls 1 inch formed from mix, then 2 inches after boiled.
