    Answer: Sorry I don’t know the answer.
  • Question: We need a phone to set up at our desk when it is not staffed that will dial a phone # to get to our reception at a different location. ???

    Answer: This lobby phone is perfect for that purpose. You can set up the phone line with the telephone company to automatically redirect to a telephone number of your choice once the phone is picked up.
  • Question: Is this compatible with voip?

    Answer: I found out the hard way that this is an analog phone and will not work with Voice Over IP (voip)
  • Question: Does the ringer have volume control?

    Answer: It didn’t work on the phone we bought. Returned for that reason and still haven’t gotten my credit
  • Question: Does it come with connecting Line and how long is it. Does it have head set volume control?

    Answer: We ordered this for a resident in the community who needed a non-dial out phone. The cord length is standard. I'm unsure about the head set volume control. I hope this was helpful.
  • Question: Can this phone pre-programmed to dial out one number when handset goes off-hook?

    Answer: This phone can only receive calls. You cannot call out.
